Become an expert in advanced automation
Master the advanced concepts of Concept.Convergence to control configurable machines with great flexibility. Learn to manage complex machine configurations with multiple options, integrating different types of peripherals, and to develop flexible recipes with varied operations and sequences, facilitating rapid and secure changeovers. You’ll also develop skills in activity parallelism, machine safety management, and process nesting, while gaining insight for rapid HMI creation with Concept.Convergence.
For designers of flexible solutions
HMI development engineers, industrial automation managers, C# developers and technicians wishing to optimize machine flexibility and safety. This course is also aimed at developers who specialize in enhancing applications with custom plug-ins and extensions. Participants will exploit the advanced features of C# to overcome the limitations of PLC and CNC languages, and extend the capabilities of industrial systems in a powerful way.
The pillars of intelligent industrial software
- Manage IOs, axes and create control operations accessible via the HMI
Control IO, manage axes, create pilot operations, and access commands from the HMI via menus.
- Program parallel sequences and set machine cycle parameters
Simultaneous, configurable sequence development for greater flexibility.
- Create flexible recipes with complex sequences
Design adaptable recipes for a variety of processes, and master complex, fully-configurable sequences.
- Programming applications for configurable machines with options
Development of applications for customizable or multi-configuration machines, adapted to different peripherals and options.
- Master advanced aspects and create reusable components
Creation of components using metadata to auto-populate menus, adding instrumentation (time measurements) and parameters.
